Operation Executive

Key Responsibilities

● Accurately fill out visa and immigration application forms for

destinations such as Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and others.

● Collect, review, and organize client documents as per specific country

immigration requirements.

● Support internal teams and associates in managing smooth and timely

processing of applications.

● Update and maintain client records, application status, and

documentation in CRM systems.

● Assist in preparing checklists, cover letters, and other supporting

documents for submissions.

● Monitor timelines to ensure applications are submitted within deadlines.

● Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client data while following standard

operating procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

● Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Arts, or a

related field.

● 1-2 years of work experience in backend operations, documentation,

administration, or compliance (immigration experience is an advantage).

● Strong attention to detail with good organizational and multitasking

abilities.

● Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); exposure to CRM or

data management systems is a plus.

● Ability to follow processes accurately and meet deadlines.

● Good problem-solving skills with an eye for identifying documentation

errors.

● Responsible, discreet, and reliable when handling confidential

information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
