Operation Executive

As an Operations Executive at Anaxee, your role will involve guiding and assisting Digital Runners in the field, ensuring task completion, and following up on fieldwork status. You will be responsible for updating fieldwork data accurately, managing time effectively to meet deadlines, and maintaining proper communication with field employees. Additionally, you will need to multitask efficiently in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: - Guide and assist Digital runners on the field - Follow up on fieldwork status and ensure task completion - Update fieldwork data accurately - Manage time effectively to meet deadlines - Maintain proper communication with field employees - Multitask efficiently in a dynamic environment Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Telugu is required - Strong communication skills - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively - Typing speed and basic computer skills - Problem-solving abilities - Intellectual and empathetic approach to work About the company: Anaxee is India's REACH Engine, helping Brands/OEMs and Social organizations scale across India by providing Outreach in remote parts of the country.
