We are hiring for operation for freight forwarding
Salary - upto 4LPA
location- Mumbai/ Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
Arrange air freight bookings with airlines and consolidators; coordinate with clients, overseas agents, and transporters.
Prepare and verify documents like Air Waybill (AWB), shipping instructions, invoice, and packing list.
Coordinate with CHA (Customs House Agents) for import/export clearance and ensure all documents comply with regulations.
Monitor cargo status, update clients on shipment movement, and handle any delays or discrepancies.
Generate job files, ensure accurate costing, and coordinate with the accounts team for billing.
Follow airline, IATA, and company procedures for safe and legal shipment handling.
Provide timely updates and resolve customer queries related to air shipments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
