Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage day-to-day operations including invoice preparation, warehouse & stock control, and customer service support. The role requires coordination between sales, logistics, and customers to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Invoicing & Documentation

  • Prepare and process customer invoices accurately.
  • Maintain billing records and ensure timely payments.
  • Coordinate with accounts team for reconciliations.

Warehouse & Stock Management

  • Maintain stock levels and update inventory records.
  • Monitor inward & outward movement of goods.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics for timely deliveries.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and ensure accuracy.

Customer Service

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
  • Provide product and order status updates to customers.
  • Build strong customer relationships for repeat business.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP/Inventory systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Prior experience in invoicing, stock management, or customer service preferred.
