Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage day-to-day operations including invoice preparation, warehouse & stock control, and customer service support. The role requires coordination between sales, logistics, and customers to ensure smooth business operations. Key Responsibilities: Invoicing & Documentation Prepare and process customer invoices accurately. Maintain billing records and ensure timely payments. Coordinate with accounts team for reconciliations. Warehouse & Stock Management Maintain stock levels and update inventory records. Monitor inward & outward movement of goods. Coordinate with suppliers and logistics for timely deliveries. Conduct regular stock audits and ensure accuracy. Customer Service Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary Provide product and order status updates to customers. Build strong customer relationships for repeat business. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration or equivalent. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP/Inventory systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Prior experience in invoicing, stock management, or customer service preferred. Compensation: Salary as per industry standards.
