Operation Coordinator

• An operations coordinator manages daily business logistics, ensuring smooth operations by coordinating schedules, tracking projects, managing resources like inventory and budgets, and facilitating communication between departments. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to help teams meet goals and improve efficiency.
• Key responsibilities
• Coordination and scheduling: Manage daily schedules, plan and oversee projects, and coordinate tasks across different departments to meet deadlines.
• Resource and budget management: Monitor inventory, manage supply chains, assist with budget creation and tracking, and process purchases.
• Process improvement: Analyze operational data, identify areas for improvement, and help implement strategies to optimize efficiency and streamline procedures.
• Communication and support: Act as a liaison between departments, management, and sometimes clients, and provide administrative support.
• Reporting and compliance: Prepare operational reports, maintain records, and help ensure the business complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Required skills and qualifications
• Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field is often preferred, though an associate's degree may be sufficient for some roles.
• Technical skills: Proficiency with standard office software and computer technology is essential.
• Soft skills: Excellent communication, time management, organizational, and project management abilities are crucial.
• Other: A valid driver's license is sometimes required for travel to meet with suppliers, and experience in a similar role or industry is beneficial.
