Operation Auditor (Compliance & Patient Safety)

As an Operations Auditor at Jagrutii Rehab Centre, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all Jagruti Rehab Centres maintain exceptional standards of operational compliance, quality assurance, patient safety, and ethical care delivery. This mission-critical role requires extensive travel (up to 70% or more) to conduct detailed audits across all existing and new centers in different cities, verifying the consistent execution of policies designed for clinical excellence and patient safety. Key Responsibilities: - Regulatory & Policy Compliance - Systematically audit all center operations to verify adherence to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). - Review critical documentation including patient medical records, regulatory certificates, staff training logs, and financial processes. - Validate key processes such as admissions and medication dispensing. - Patient Safety & Environmental Mitigation - Conduct safety hazard assessments to identify and mitigate potential self-harm risks. - Audit hygiene practices, sanitation standards, and emergency preparedness. - Therapeutic Environment & Patient Welfare - Inspect facility conditions to ensure they are conducive to therapeutic purposes. - Monitor patient well-being and interaction dynamics. - Verify inventory availability and storage. - Reporting and Remediation - Generate comprehensive audit reports highlighting compliance gaps and risks. - Develop Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) and conduct follow-up audits. Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor's degree required; master's degree in related field preferred. - Minimum 5 years of experience in auditing or compliance management. - Ability to manage a travel-intensive role independently. - Experience in healthcare or rehabilitation sector preferred. - Certifications in quality management are advantageous.
