Job Summary:
The organization is hiring Operating Engineer Trainees for its manufacturing operations in Gujarat. Selected candidates will undergo structured training and gain hands-on exposure across Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Support Functions. This role is designed to develop technical capability, operational discipline, and long-term career growth, with progression to Operating Engineer and potential conversion into staff roles based on performance and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
The Operating Engineer Trainee will support day-to-day plant operations by operating and monitoring equipment in accordance with defined standard operating procedures, safety norms, and quality standards. The role involves assisting in production activities, supporting quality and process improvement initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to operational targets. Candidates will be expected to maintain discipline, follow plant guidelines, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Training and Development:
Selected candidates will undergo one week of specialized DOJO training prior to deployment at plant locations. This will be followed by structured on-the-job training under the supervision of experienced engineers and team leaders to develop technical and operational competencies.

Eligibility Criteria:
