Position: EDI Specialist

Location: PAN India

Experience: 4–6 Years

Skill: EDI (OpenText / IBM EDI)

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on

  OpenText EDI platform

  (experience in IBM EDI acceptable, but willingness to learn OpenText is required).
• Develop and maintain EDI maps and transactions, ensuring smooth order creation, invoicing, and related processes.
• Handle

  X12 segments

  and other EDI standards for business document exchange.
• Manage and troubleshoot

  EDI Flag file

  issues for data consistency.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless EDI integrations.
• Ensure timely resolution of EDI errors and support business operations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in

  EDI implementations and support

  .
• Strong understanding of

  X12 segments

  and transaction sets (850, 810, etc.).
• Experience in

  order-to-cash processes

  including order creation and invoicing.
• Familiarity with

  OpenText EDI tools

  (or IBM EDI with willingness to cross-train to OpenText).
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in EDI transaction failures.
• Strong communication skills for client and business interactions.
