Job Summary:

OpenText AppWorks Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop AML Case Management solutions using OpenText AppWorks.
Implement complex workflows and business processes based on stakeholder needs.
Build user interfaces, forms, business rules, and integration components.
Collaborate with solution architects and business analysts to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Integrate AppWorks with databases, web services (REST/SOAP), and other enterprise systems.
Optimize existing applications for performance, reliability, and scalability.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and defects.
Prepare detailed technical documentation, test plans, and deployment guides.
Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices in development and configuration.
Maintain and upgrade the platform with patches and new features.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
5+ years
of hands-on experience in
OpenText AppWorks development
and support.
Strong knowledge of
Business Process Management (BPM)
,
Case Management
, and
Process Flow Design
.
Proficient in
Java, J2EE, Spring Framework
, and
REST API
development.
Experience with
SQL, PL/SQL
, and
JavaScript
.
Familiarity with infrastructure setup, system deployment, and
DevOps practices
.
Exposure to version control systems and
CI/CD pipelines
.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and within cross-functional teams.
Flexible and adaptable to evolving technologies and business need
