The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building enterprise-grade applications using the OpenText AppWorks platform, with a focus on BPM, case management, and integration with other enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain business applications using OpenText AppWorks platform. Build and optimize case management solutions, workflows, and forms. Integrate AppWorks with external systems such as ERP, CRM, DMS, etc., using REST/SOAP APIs. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and interpret functional requirements. Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications. Document solution architecture, technical specifications, and release notes. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Required Skills and Qualifications 5+ years of experience in developing solutions on OpenText AppWorks (previously known as Process Suite / Cordys). Strong understanding of BPM concepts, case management, and event-driven architecture. Hands-on experience with AppWorks Designer, Entity Modeling, Business Rules, and Form Builder.
