Job Title: OpenText AppWorks Developer Experience: 5+ Years Location: Chennai / Hyderabad (Hybrid Work Model) Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are seeking a skilled OpenText AppWorks Developer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. This role will be based in Chennai or Hyderabad with a hybrid work arrangement . Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement solutions using the OpenText AppWorks platform. Customize workflows, forms, and business rules as per business requirements. Integrate AppWorks applications with external systems and APIs. Perform unit testing, support system testing, and resolve defects. Create technical documentation, user guides, and system design documents. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and project managers. Required Skills: Strong proficiency in OpenText AppWorks Platform (formerly known as Cordys/BPM). Experience in developing complex workflows, case management, and business process automation. Hands-on experience with XML, XSLT, XPath, JavaScript, and web services (SOAP/REST). Good understanding of database concepts and SQL. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. OpenText certifications are a plus. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
