Job Description

Bachelor of Computers Engineering Graduate with 5 to 8 Years of Experience in Openshift.
OpenShift support Installation, operations, monitoring, administration, troubleshooting, and optimization of Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) on Oracle DRCC. Manage and maintain OpenShift clusters (master, worker nodes, ingress, storage, etc.).
Perform cluster lifecycle management (upgrades, patches, scaling).
Manage user access, RBAC policies, and security controls
Implement and manage OpenShift Operators, OperatorsHub, and add-ons
Integrate with enterprise authentication systems (LDAP, AD, SSO, etc.).
24x7 monitoring of OpenShift clusters, nodes, pods, and workloads
Proactive detection and resolution of performance and availability issues.
Incident triage and escalation based on severity (aligned with SLA).
Configure and maintain backup of cluster configurations, etcd, and persistent volumes
Ensure RTO and RPO compliance.
