Job Description

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and strengthen our digital presence and support brand positioning.

The ideal candidate will understand B2B marketing nuances and be skilled at creating content that drives engagement, leads, and brand authority.

The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns that resonate with our target audience and align with broader business goals.

Role & responsibilities

  • Introduce and expand presence on additional relevant social media platforms to increase reach.
  • Draft compelling and conversion-driven copy for email campaigns targeting enterprise clients and prospects.
  • Support the implementation of a smart, value-driven content strategy across all social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with analysts, editorial, and design teams to create and distribute platform-friendly content based/engaging posts on research insights, whitepapers, reports, webinars and events.
  • Drive the launch and regular publishing of LinkedIn newsletters for GD & MEED channels.
  • Support GD & MEEDs organic social media efforts, including the rollout of its own LinkedIn newsletter and content planning.
  • Assist in managing and growing WhatsApp channels for GD & MEED to expand audience engagement.
  • Learn to support and eventually manage paid LinkedIn campaigns in collaboration with the performance marketing team.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor strategies, and analytics to provide performance insights and optimizations.
  • Collaborate with business development and account-based marketing teams to align social campaigns with lead generation goals.
  • Coordinate the creation of sample pages and visual teasers to support product and report promotions.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, esp. Excel & PowerPoint skills.
  • Proven understanding of professional platforms like LinkedIn, X (Twitter) and other social media platforms.
  • Ability to write clear, professional, and engaging content.
  • social media/marketing tools will be an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other analytics tools.
  • Experience working with research-driven content like whitepapers, infographics, and industry reports.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple channels and content pipelines in a fast-paced environment.

Additional

  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Pardot, HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Prior experience with research content promotion and editorial planning.
  • Working knowledge of paid social campaign setup and tracking.
  • Canva or Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with basic performance tracking tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
  • Knowledge of SEO, lead nurturing, and audience segmentation strategies.
