We are hiring in the Delhi NCR region.

Department: Retail Operations

Reporting To:Store Manager / Area Sales Manager

About the Role
Join us as a Fun Consultant (Retail Sales) to represent the world's largest toy brand.

Key Responsibilities

1. Expert Product Consultation & Demonstration:Master product knowledge across diverse international toy brands (e.g., construction sets, collectibles).Engage customers proactively, offer entertaining demonstrations, and advise on age-appropriate purchases.

2. Sales Performance & Customer Experience:
Exceed daily and monthly sales targets through expert consultation and relationship building.Ensure the highest standards of customer experience.Process POS transactions efficiently and accurately.

3. Merchandising & Store Aesthetics:Maintain immaculate product displays, stock organization, and ensure compliance with brand merchandising standards.Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and accurate pricing.

4. Brand Advocacy & Event Management:Host and support in-store events, workshops, and product launches to drive brand excitement.Provide valuable management feedback on market trends and product popularity.

Must-Have Requirements

• Experience: Fresher or 1+ years in retail sales (lifestyle, luxury, or specialty preferred).
• Communication: Excellent, energetic verbal skills in Englishand Hindi (or relevant local language).
• Presentation: Professional, well-groomed, and approachable demeanor.
• Work Style: Flexible hours
