We are looking for candidates with 5+ years of experience in Windows system admin L3

Windows Systems Administrator III

Experience:- 5

Skills:-

Job Decription :-

Windows Server Expertise: Proficient in installing, configuring, and managing Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2022)
Active Directory (AD): Deep understanding of AD, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and user/group management.
PowerShell Scripting: Ability to automate tasks and manage systems using PowerShell
Remote Desktop Services (RDS) : Managing and maintaining the RDS farm.
Virtualization: Experience with Hyper-V or VMware for managing virtual machines.
Security Management: Implementing security policies, patch management, and endpoint protection.
Cloud Integration: Knowledge of Microsoft Azure /AWS, especially hybrid environments.
Log Analysis: Ability to analyse logs and performance metrics to optimize system performance.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and changes.
Generate reports on system performance, incidents, and compliance.
Deeper understanding of OS fundamentals, command-line expertise, script proficiency, cloud computing know-how, troubleshooting expertise, security awareness and networking infrastructure skills (Build & Run)
