Responsibilities

·        Processing and managing documents, such as invoices, purchase orders, and contracts

·        Updating and maintaining databases with accurate and relevant information

·        Handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner

·        Preparing and generating reports, presentations, and correspondence as required

·        Managing and organizing files, both


Qualifications

·        Bachelor's degree in any stream. Preferred B.Com

·        Proven experience as a Back Office Executive or in a similar role

·        Proficient in using office software, such as MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

·        Excellent organizational and time management skills

·        Strong attention to detail and accuracy

·        Good communication and interpersonal skills

·        Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

·        Ability to work independently and in a team

·        Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
