Job Titile-Technical Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Technical Project Manager with a strong background in the IT services industry to manage and deliver client-facing technology projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of service delivery models, strong stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience in managing technical teams across multiple client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for client engagements, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Interact with clients to gather requirements, define project scope, and set expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, architects, and support teams to drive project execution.
• Track project milestones, manage risks and issues, and communicate status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs), budgets, and compliance requirements. • Lead Agile/Scrum teams and ensure alignment between client expectations and delivery outcomes.
• Maintain project documentation, resource planning, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in the IT services industry, with at least 3-5 years in a project management role.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in managing projects involving Java, .NET, cloud platforms, or DevOps tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, MS Project, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master Certification.

• Experience in managing offshore-onsite delivery models.

• Exposure to client environments across BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, or Manufacturing domains.

• Working knowledge of ITIL practices is a plus.
