Job description

The Security Shift in charge is responsible for overseeing all security operations during their assigned shift.
This role ensures the safety, security, and integrity of assets, personnel, and the premises, with a primary focus on preventing theft, pilferage, unauthorized access, and any security breaches.
Monitor the Security processes and systems and manage exceptions; Share periodic MIS reports and facilitate operational performance reviews.
The ideal candidate should have experience in security management, especially in high-value asset environments, and be skilled in managing a team, coordinating with law enforcement, and adhering to strict security protocols.
He will oversee security operations & ongoing/ upcoming projects at the Mundra and working closely with the Heads of Department.
This role offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team within the Adani organization, contributing to the success and growth of operations and projects.
