Proficiency in developing and customizing ServiceNow applications.
Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Service Request).
Knowledge of ServiceNow Customer Portal development and customization.
Proven track record of successful ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems.
Technical Skills:
Strong programming skills in JavaScript.
Experience working with HTML, XML, System integration (REST/SOAP) CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery, AngularJS, and relational databases.
Very good understanding of different software design paradigms & security fundamentals (OOP, design patterns, SOA, Microservices, OWASP Top 10).
Understanding of relational databases and SQL.
