We are currently looking for Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager Projects professional for the company Venwind Refex Power Ltd.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor the status of people, processes, and materials across multiple customer wind turbine projects.
• Manage inter-project material planning and allocation (e.g., identify unused components at one customer site and reassign to another as needed).
• Track delivery timelines, site readiness, and installation schedules to ensure smooth project execution.
• Work closely with manufacturing, logistics, site teams, and customer project managers to align dependencies and resolve bottlenecks.
• Maintain real-time visibility of inventory (at plant, in transit, and at customer sites) and proactively identify optimization opportunities.
• Flag risks and delays and coordinate cross-functional responses.
• Ensure documentation and status reporting is updated and shared with stakeholders regularly.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and SCM teams to resolve technical issues related to component readiness and project compatibility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Industrial Management
• MBA or PG in Operations Management (preferred)
• Experience in renewable energy, wind turbine, or heavy engineering industries is a strong plus.

Technical skills:

• Strong understanding of wind turbine components and project lifecycle
• Experience in project coordination, especially across multiple customer sites
• Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and project tracking tools
• Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and material management .

Soft skills:

• Strong cross-functional coordination and communication
• Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks/projects
• High ownership and customer-centric mindset
• Analytical thinking and structured reporting
