Job Description

Purpose of Job: To drive the growth and profitability of the MSME loan segment by developing and executing effective sales strategies, building strong relationships with institutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction overseeing the end-to-end process of MSME loan applications to achieve targeted business outcomes’- Business Target Achievement Monthly Basis.

Location - Parwanoo/Parwanu

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leads generation and completion of target.
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Develop and monitor client retention strategies for the region
  • Work closely internally with Bank teams for new customers addition.
  • To understand client business models, trade related activities etc. and identify opportunities and grow client relationships
  • Improve efficiency by monitoring & overseeing continuous improvement of processes.
