Opening for Relationship Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Relationship Manager to manage premium clients through a consultative and sales-driven approach. This role combines personalized service with strategic sales responsibilities — focusing on understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and converting leads into long-term revenue opportunities.

Please Note this purely a Sales Job.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the main point of contact for a set of premium clients
• Understand client needs through regular conversations and consultations
• Recommend suitable services based on their preferences and goals
• Convert leads into long-term clients through smart selling and follow-ups
• Drive revenue by upselling, renewing subscriptions, and closing deals
• Keep client records updated using CRM tools
• Work with internal teams to share client feedback and improve service quality

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Relationship Management
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
• Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics
• Energetic, organized, and willing to learn
• Experience in insurance, banking, or financial services is a plus, not a must
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not mandatory
