We are looking for a dynamic and technically strong Sales Engineer to promote and sell our shredding machines and waste-processing equipment. The candidate should be able to understand customer requirements, prepare technical proposals, and provide end-to-end support from inquiry to order closing. The role involves technical expertise, communication skills, and a strong understanding of MSW, RDF, biomass, and recycling machinery.
Preference:-
Industry :- Heavy Industrial Machinery
Education :- Bachelors, Master's (technical/mechanical background)
Experience :- At least 3- 5 Years + in Mechanical Sales Handling
Key Role:- Good Communication Skills (Communicate clearly both orally and in writing)
Spearheading Sales & Marketing Operations PAN India
Identify new business opportunities in MSW plants, waste-to-energy, recycling industries, municipal corporations, and private contractors.
Developing and implementing sales strategies for increase in market share for the complete product range
Understand customer needs and recommend the suitable shredder model, capacity, and technical configuration.
Conduct site visits, evaluate material (MSW/RDF/biomass) characteristics, and suggest suitable machinery.
Follow up on leads, negotiate pricing, and support the sales process until final order closure.
Ability to travel for client meetings, site surveys, and exhibitions.
Thorough understanding of Sales Operations, and developing Sales Teams is highly desirable
Ability to achieve targets & maintain quality of detailed work
Interested for sale tour met with client on regular client

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
