Hi All, We are US headquartered MNC with Indian Head quarters at Noida, and presence in 22 states PAN India. We are hiring Graphic Designer for UK Shift. Interested candidates can share CVs at seema.n@esolglobal.com. Key Skills & Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva . Strong understanding of typography, color theory, branding, and visual storytelling . Expertise in UI/UX design and familiarity with designing for digital platforms , including websites, social media, and marketing campaigns. Ability to develop creative concepts , design marketing materials, and ensure brand consistency across all channels. Experience in motion graphics and video editing using tools like Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with marketing, content, and product teams. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines. Creative problem-solving mindset with the ability to take constructive feedback and refine designs accordingly. 5. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and web development, to ensure design projects meet their objectives and deadlines. Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to improve designs. 6. Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design software updates, and emerging technologies to continuously improve your design skills and stay relevant. 7. Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks on your designs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project requirements. 8. Time Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively. 9. Client Interaction: Communicate with clients or internal stakeholders to understand design requirements and present design concepts when necessary. Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred. Experience: 5-8 years of professional graphic design experience. Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects across various mediums. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Familiarity with Canva and other design tools is a must. Knowledge of typography, color theory, and design principles. Experience with web design and understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus. Must Skills: Creativity and attention to detail. Strong English communication is a must. Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly.
