Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Assistant Purchase Manager with expertise in Services Purchases to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Civil Contract Management, Labour & Outsourcing Work Management, and be proficient in SAP. Key Responsibilities: Manage service-related purchases, including labour work activities, structural installation work, and Software/Hardware AMC services. Oversee civil contract management and ensure efficient handling of labour outsourcing work. Ensure seamless coordination and execution of structural installation projects. Maintain and optimize procurement processes in SAP. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships for service-based purchases. Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards. Key Requirements: 7-8 years of experience in service procurement, contract management, and outsourcing work. Hands-on experience with SAP. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams. Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
