  Cogniter Technologies is hiring a highly skilled and innovative Generative AI Expert to join our AI/ML division. This role involves building advanced AI solutions using LLMs, RAG systems, and intelligent automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating scalable AI-driven applications and a strong understanding of the latest advancements in the Generative AI ecosystem.

  Key Responsibilities

  
  

  • Develop AI applications using LLMs such as GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, or Falcon.

  • Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.

  • Build and deploy AI agents using LangChain or similar frameworks.

  • Work with vector databases like FAISS, Pinecone, or Weaviate for semantic search.

  • Utilize high-speed inference engines to optimize model performance.

  • Improve AI outputs through prompt engineering and context optimization.

  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to integrate AI solutions.

  • Keep up to date with developments in Generative AI, multimodal AI, and emerging research.

  Required Skills & Qualifications

  
  

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI, NLP, or LLM-based development.

  • Strong understanding of LangChain, RAG, and vector search technologies.

  • Proficiency in Python and/or Node.js.

  • Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, or deploying LLMs.

  • Familiarity with tools like OpenAI, Hugging Face, or Anthropic APIs.

  • Strong analytical and debugging skills.

  Preferred Qualifications

  
  

  • Experience with inference engines such as Groq.

  • Knowledge of RLHF (Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback).

  • Exposure to MLOps, CI/CD, or model lifecycle management.

  • Experience working with multimodal AI systems.
