  Cogniter Technologies is seeking a skilled and passionate Generative AI Expert to join our AI/ML team. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in working with large language models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, vector databases, and agent-based AI frameworks.   Key Responsibilities

  
  

  • Design and implement AI applications using LLMs such as GPT-4, LLaMA, Mistral, or Falcon

  • Build and fine-tune Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines

  • Develop modular AI agents using frameworks like LangChain

  • Integrate and implement semantic search with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS)

  • Deploy real-time inference models using engines such as Groq

  • Optimize token usage and model performance for domain-specific tasks

  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to integrate AI features into production

  • Stay current with trends and advancements in NLP, speech technologies, and AI frameworks

  Required Skills

  
  

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Generative AI, LLMs, and NLP

  • Strong understanding of RAG architecture, LangChain, and vector search technologies

  • Proficiency in Python and/or Node.js

  • Experience in LLM fine-tuning and real-time model deployment

  • Familiarity with OpenAI, Hugging Face, and Anthropic platforms

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

  Preferred Qualifications

  
  

  • Hands-on experience with AI inference engines such as Groq

  • Knowledge of prompt engineering and RLHF (Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback)

  • Understanding of MLOps and model lifecycle management

  • Exposure to multimodal AI systems involving text, images, and voice
