Opening For Financial Controller

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting & Accounting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Oversee general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and Bank and Balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate recording of intercompany transactions, accruals, and adjustments.

2. Budgeting & Forecasting

• Develop and manage annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
• Analyze variances and provide actionable recommendations to management.

3. Cash Flow & Treasury Management

• Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations.

4. Compliance & Internal Controls

• Ensure adherence to statutory, regulatory, and tax requirements.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Liaise with auditors during external audits.

5. Team Leadership & Development

• Manage and mentor the accounting and finance team.
• Assign responsibilities and monitor performance

6. Strategic Support

• Provide financial insights to support decision-making by senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• CA , CA Intermediate or equivalent.
• Proven experience (typically 10 15 years) in accounting/finance management, with at least 23 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and compliance regulations.
• Experience with ERP/financial software
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong leadership abilities and team management experience.
