Role Overview

• Creative Content Creator who will travel across farms in India, interact with farmers and dealers, and develop engaging video and photo content for our agricultural products. The role combines field travel, storytelling, and on-ground interaction to build authentic and impactful communication for the brand.

Key Responsibility

1.

• Visit farms, project sites, and dealer locations across various states.

• Capture ground-level insights, product usage, and real farmer stories.

• Build strong rapport with dealers, farmers, and field teams.

2.

• Shoot high-quality videos and photos during field visits.

• Create reels, short videos, interviews, testimonials, and product demonstrations.

• Suggest creative concepts relevant to farmers and rural markets.

3.

• Conduct conversations with farmers to understand product benefits and challenges.

• Coordinate with dealers for scheduling visits and content opportunities.

4.

• Edit videos and photos for social media, You

• Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines, tone, and messaging.

5.

• Share daily/weekly updates with the marketing team.

• Maintain a database of captured content and stories.

Skills:

• Experience in content creation, videography, or vlogging (preferably field-based).

• Strong communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and Basic English.

• Ability to interact confidently with farmers and dealers.

• Video editing skills : Basic Knowledge

• Knowledge of agriculture or willingness to learn about farm practices.

• Readiness to travel extensively across India (1520 days/month).

• Creative mindset with strong storytelling ability.

• Physically fit and comfortable working in outdoor farm environments.

Preferred Background:

• Experience in rural content creation, agri brands, vlogging, journalism, or field marketing.

• Candidates from agriculture, rural marketing, or media backgrounds will be preferred.
