Opening For Clinical & Counseling Psychologist ( Female only)

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Identify psychological, emotional or behavioral issues

2. Diagnose psychological, emotional or behavioral disorders

3. Develop and implement treatment plans and therapeutic processes

4. Diagnoses or evaluates mental and emotional disorders of individuals and administers programs of treatment.

5. Observes patients in various situations; selects, administers, and interprets intelligence, personality, or other psychological tests to diagnose disorders and formulate plans of treatment.

6. Treats psychological disorders to effect improved adjustments utilizing various psychological techniques; selects appropriate treatment approach and plans frequency, intensity, and duration of individual, group, and family therapies.

7. Assesses patient progress and modifies treatment programs accordingly; communicates with and counsels family members as appropriate.

8. Documents therapy in accordance with policies and procedures regarding medical records; implements and adheres to policies which ensure patient confidentiality.

9. Provides crisis intervention in situations requiring immediate psychological treatment.

10. Participates in educational programs, in-service meetings, clinician meetings, and workshops to enhance professional development.

11. May develop and implement clinical research programs.

12. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

13. Collaborating with other healthcare providers to evaluate the medical and physical condition of clients.

14. Formulating and creating personalized interventions, treatments, and management plans for clients.

15. Assessing clients' risk, considering their mental health and social needs when performing interventions.

16. Interacting with clients and other parties regarding performing interventions.

17. Employing various treatment methods such as psychotherapy, hypnosis, behavior modification, stress reduction therapy, and psychodrama.

18. Measuring the effectiveness of interventions and implementing changes where required.

19. Maintaining confidentiality of clients treatment and records.

20. Any other job assigned to you as and when assigned by the management.

Desired Candidate Profile

-Good Communication Skills

- M.Sc (Clinical Psychology/counselling Psychology ) preferred.

- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience

- Willing to work in Neuro Rehabitation Set up.

- Preferably Female candidates .
