Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Confirm customer identity through secure verification steps.
Ask relevant qualification questions to determine eligibility.
Accurately update and validate customer information in the system.
Transfer qualified customers to the approval team for final processing.
Maintain professionalism, empathy, and positivity during all interactions.
Build rapport and trust while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent communication skills (written English).
Strong listening and conversation management abilities.
Typing speed of 50 WPM or higher with accuracy.
Positive attitude, patience, and professionalism in customer interactions.
Ability to multitask (speak and type simultaneously).
Basic understanding of customer service or financial processes preferred.
Full professional proficiency:
Hindi/Urdu/Bangli(Native language level) English (CEFR C1/C2 level)
Crypto experience as a plus.
