We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our finance function and drive strategic financial initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in financial leadership, risk management, and stakeholder communication, with a proven track record of steering organizations toward sustained profitability and growth
- CA / CPA / MBA Finance or equivalent advanced degree.
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in progressive financial leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, investor relations, taxation, and compliance.
- Experience in leading IPOs, M&A, and capital raising (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
