Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Lead/Support the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analysis
Provide detailed business performance analysis and support decision-making with financial insights
Support strategic decision-making with financial insights
Maintain and improve internal reporting tools, dashboards, and processes
Collaborate with accounting and operations teams for month-end and quarter-end close

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Expertise in financial modelling and data interpretation
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial systems
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong presentation skills
Detailed understanding of financial reporting standards
Analytical and strategic thinking

Required Qualifications

CA/MBA
3-5 years of FP&A experience
