• Assist with on-ground operations including passenger check-in, boarding, and baggage handling.
• Support flight line activities such as guiding passengers, maintaining orderly queues, and providing necessary information.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and operational guidelines to maintain secure airport environments.
• Coordinate with team members and various airport departments to facilitate on-time departures and smooth ground operations.
• Engage in regular communication with supervisors regarding operational challenges and improvement opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have: High School diploma or equivalent; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong customer service orientation; ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment; readiness to learn and adapt to operational processes.
• Preferred: Prior exposure to airport environments or customer-facing roles; basic knowledge of aviation operational procedures; familiarity with safety and security protocols.
