Job Summary:

 We are seeking a dynamic, result-driven professional to join our Business Development team as an AGM / Sr. Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new business, managing key customer relationships, and achieving growth targets. This role requires a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and a professional presence in front of customers. 

Key Responsibilities:

 • Identify and approach potential new customers. 

 • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business development targets. 

 • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 

 • Prepare and deliver persuasive business proposals and presentations. 

 • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet revenue objectives. 

 • Work closely with internal departments to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions. 

 • Maintain updated customer records, reports, and sales pipelines. 

 • Represent the company in client meetings, industry exhibitions, and trade shows. 

 • Defined KPI targets to be achieved for each assigned client account

Preferred Educational Background:

 • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Automobile Engineering / Industrial Engineering or related fields. 

Required Experience:

 • More than 10 years of relevant experience in Business Development or Marketing, preferably in the manufacturing/machine shop/automotive industry. 

Key Skills & Attributes:

 • Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals. 

 • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 

 • Strong presentation and negotiation capabilities. 

 • Confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently. 

 • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage and resolve issues effectively. 

 • Learning attitude and willingness to adapt to dynamic market environments. 

 • Flexible with working hours and open to frequent client visits. 

 • Knowledge of machining processes or automotive manufacturing is an advantage.

Working Days: 6 days 

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Week off : Wednesday 

Interview process: 1st round Virtual, final round face to face
