Job Description

Core Technical Skills (Mandatory)

OpenShift & Kubernetes (KubeVirt)

Deep knowledge of Kubernetes components: Pods, Deployments, Services, Storage Classes, Operators, CRDs.
Hands-on experience with
OpenShift Virtualization (KubeVirt)
in
production
environments.
Cluster deployment, administration, and troubleshooting.

Linux Administration

Strong Linux fundamentals (preferably
RHEL
or CentOS).
User, storage, and network configuration management.

Virtualization Technologies

Understanding of
KVM
,
VMware
, or equivalent virtualization platforms.
VM provisioning, migration, and monitoring.

Monitoring, Observability & Logging

Experience with
Prometheus
,
Grafana
,
Dynatrace
.
Setup of end-to-end observability, alerting, and tracing.

Scripting & Automation

Strong in
Python
and
Bash
scripting for automation.
Ability to automate operational tasks and perform configuration management.

Networking

Solid understanding of
network protocols & standards
(TCP/IP, DNS, routing, etc.).
Network troubleshooting within containerized and virtualized environments.

Storage & Capacity Management

Knowledge of
persistent storage
in OpenShift (storage classes, PVCs).
Resource capacity planning and optimization (CPU, memory, storage).

DevOps & CI/CD

Familiarity with
Tekton
,
GitHub
, and CI/CD pipelines.
Understanding of
DevOps practices
for continuous delivery and integration.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

Hands-on with
Ansible
and
Terraform
for automation and configuration management.

Cloud Platforms

Experience with at least one
public cloud
(AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Hybrid cloud environment familiarity.
