8 years of total experience in software testing
, with a strong focus on
automation and performance testing
for the past
45 years
.
Proven ability to
lead and mentor QA teams
in implementing automation and performance testing best practices and strategies.
Use tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or similar for test execution and monitoring.
Hands-on expertise in
Selenium
with
C# or Java
, working knowledge of
BDD frameworks
such as
Cucumber
, and experience with tools like
TestNG
,
Jenkins
,
GitHub
, and
CI/CD pipelines
.
Proficient in at least one
programming language
, such as
C#
,
Java
, or
Python
.
Experienced in designing and executing
performance test plans
to assess system
scalability, reliability, and responsiveness
using appropriate performance testing tools.
Skilled in
monitoring and reporting QA metrics
, including
test coverage, defect trends
, and overall quality indicators.
Familiar with
Agile, Scrum or any other methodologies
, actively contributing to sprints and collaborating across teams.
Banking domain experience
is a plus, good to have.
