Responsibilities Overseeing all aspects of Helicopter flight operations, including scheduling, dispatch, and ensuring compliance as per DGCA CARs Require to liaison with ATC & Local administration for smooth operations of flights Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining punctual flight schedules and providing timely communication to passengers in case of disruptions Leading a team of aviation professionals, flight dispatchers, and operations staff, to achieve operational excellence Qualification and Skills Any Graduate with 1 - 5 Yrs. of Experience in Operations Department of any airlines or ground handling agency Must be familiar with flight planning & dispatch procedures. Should have working knowledge of DGCA CAR's Must have excellent communication skills and computer knowledge Candidates from Uttrakhand will be prefered.
