Job Description

As an AVI-SPL Onsite Support Technician, your role will involve working closely with customers, management team, Global Helpdesk, and SIG teams to provide on-site support for AVI-SPL customers. Your main objective will be to ensure a world-class Customer Service experience at customer site(s). Key Responsibilities: - Setup and breakdown conference spaces to meet customers' event needs - Perform preventative maintenance tasks to uphold customer spaces - Clean various AV equipment such as camera lenses, monitors, and equipment fans - Document job site information as required - Provide support in a timely and quality-conscious manner - Conduct client training sessions when necessary - Adhere to local safety standards for all site duties - Setup and troubleshoot various audio/video systems - Travel to different job sites as needed Skills and Abilities: - Effective communication with employees, customers, and colleagues - Proficiency in using hand and power tools safely and efficiently - Ability to work independently, think critically, and meet deadlines - Basic computer knowledge - Understanding of basic signal flow for audio, video, and control - Possession of a valid Driver's License and a Motor Vehicle Record meeting AVI-SPL driving standards Qualifications: - 1 - 2 years of audiovisual support experience preferred - Formal education in Electronics or related field is a plus - High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred If you would like to learn more about AVI-SPL, please visit our company website for additional details.
