Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Online Support Specialist located in Kochi. The Online Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical and customer support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth experience for students. They will handle inquiries, resolve problems, and provide necessary guidance to students through various online platforms. Daily tasks include addressing technical issues, assisting with course materials, and maintaining clear communication with students and other team members.

• Ability to work on-site in Kochi
• Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms
