About the Role:

HealthSense is looking for a proactive and socially aware professional who will have strong communication skills and will be responsible for maintaining product reviews, building relationships with influencers, and ensuring positivebrandvisibility through genuine digital engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and managebrand/product reviews across all major digital platforms (Amazon, Google, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Develop and execute review generation campaigns to buildbrandcredibility
• Identify, connect with, and onboard relevant influencers and reviewers to create authentic content
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and reviewers
• Handle and resolve negative feedback tactfully, converting it into positive experiences
• Collaborate closely with marketing andcustomersupportteams to ensure consistentbrandmessaging
• Stay updated on social media trends, influencer marketing tools, and engagement techniques.

What We're Looking For:

• 24 years ofexperienceinbrandcommunication,customerexperience, social media management, & content marketing
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, someone who understands the digital pulse and thrives on positive engagement
• Strong understanding of digital platforms and influencer ecosystems
• Creative, proactive, andcustomer-first mindset
