???? Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure healthy stock flow
???? Track & analyse supply chain KPIs (OTIF, fill rates, lead times, etc.)
???? Manage end-to-end order processing & fulfilment
???? Collaborate with procurement and category teams for vendor planning
???? Handle shipment coordination, documentation, and logistics follow-ups
???? Drive efficiency through process improvements & lean practices
???? Ensure compliance with safety & regulatory standards
???? Maintain accurate records of shipments, returns, and damages
?? Bachelors degree in Business / Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
?? 13 years of supply chain/operations experience (e-commerce/retail preferred)
?? Strong knowledge of warehousing, logistics & fulfilment
?? Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving & multitasking ability
?? Excellent communication & coordination skills
