Roles & Responsibilities

As a Esevai Maiyam/Common Service Center (CSC) Executive, you are the bridge between citizens and digital services. Your role is to deliver government and private sector services efficiently, while ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with applications, registrations, and documentation.
• Provide e-Governance services (PAN, Aadhaar, Passport, Certificates, etc.).
• Handle digital banking, insurance, pension & financial services.
• Manage printing, photocopy, scanning, lamination, and related services.
• Guide customers in using digital platforms and promote digital literacy.
• Maintain records, receipts, and service reports with accuracy.
• Ensure smooth operation of systems, printers, and biometric devices.
• Spread awareness about government schemes and benefits.
• Deliver services with professionalism, transparency, and data security.

Other responsibilites:

• Handle walk-in customer requests for photocopies, printouts (B/W & colour), and scanning.
• Ensure proper settings (size, duplex, resolution) before printing.
• Binding, laminating, spiral binding, and file preparation.
• Assisting customers with resumes, project reports, ID cards, etc.
• Monitor consumables (paper, toner, ink) and do basic troubleshooting.

Quality & Speed

• Deliver quick, neat, and accurate service.
• Handle bulk orders with efficiency.

Skills Required

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, PDF handling).
• Familiarity with printers, copiers, and scanners.
• Customer service & communication skills.
• Attention to detail.

Experience required:

Minimum 6 Months – 5 years of relevant experience required

Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
