Job Role: We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Online Sales Executive to join our enthusiastic team. You will play a key role in converting online leads into happy customers, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring a seamless post-purchase experience. Key Responsibilities: Call and engage with online clients who visit www.makoba.com Follow up with abandoned carts and convert interest into successful purchases Provide expert guidance on product features, comparisons, and recommendations Upsell and cross-sell relevant products to increase basket value Act as a single point of contact for clients—before, during, and after purchase Share shipment tracking information promptly and accurately Send Google review links post-delivery and collect customer feedback Update clients on new product launches and special offers Maintain client records and call status using CRM tools Coordinate with the packing and logistics team to ensure timely dispatches Contribute ideas to improve the overall online sales experience Be an energetic, committed member of India’s largest online pen store Ideal Candidate Profile: Excellent spoken and written communication skills (English & Hindi preferred) Confident in client interaction and persuasive selling Knowledge of luxury pens or eagerness to learn about them Prior experience in telesales, e-commerce, or customer support is a plus Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities Proficiency in basic computer operations and CRM tools Passionate, proactive, and willing to grow with the brand Perks of Working at Makoba: Be part of a growing premium brand with global clientele Friendly, performance-driven work culture Opportunity to interact with passionate pen collectors and professionals Training on luxury pens and customer interaction skills Employee discounts and incentive-based rewards Employment Type: Full-Time Work Location: Chennai (Office-based) Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives To apply, please email your resume to [email protected] or contact 9080352314.
