Online Sales Coordinator (Male)

As a Customer Service Representative, your role will involve handling customer complaints or problems telephonically and tracking required information through the system to resolve customer issues in real time. It is mandatory to ensure that no customer issues remain unresolved and to identify and escalate priority issues when necessary. You may need to make calls to customers, vendors, or drivers to convince them and document all call information according to standard operating procedures. Your responsibility also includes ensuring timely, prompt, and quality services are delivered to customers by vendors and drivers. Calling for feedback from customers to confirm issue resolution and keeping the system updated for supervision and audit purposes are crucial tasks. Maintaining a zero call drop rate, completing call logs, working in any given shifts, and submitting daily work reports to Team Leaders are also part of your responsibilities. Qualifications required for this position include being a fresher with any graduate degree, proficiency in call center systems, familiarity with the call center environment, and fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi languages. You should have experience in customer service principles and practices, call center telephony and technology, service industry, and a call center or customer service environment.
