Online Sales and OTA Executive

Role Overview: You will be working as a full-time Online Sales and OTA Manager for Say Rooms & Homes, located in Gurugram. Your main responsibilities will include developing online sales strategies, managing OTA partnerships, ensuring customer service excellence, and implementing e-commerce and online marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement online sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share goals. - Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and challenges. - Manage relationships with key OTAs, including contract negotiations, content updates, and performance monitoring. - Ensure accurate and timely updates of rates, inventory, and promotions across all OTA platforms. - Manage online and offline inventory to balance demand, pricing, and business needs. - Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize profitability. - Analyze pricing and occupancy data to optimize pricing strategies. - Manage website content, images, and descriptions to attract customers and improve user experience. - Optimize website for SEO and user experience. - Implement and manage online marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and social media. - Generate regular reports on online sales performance, OTA activity, and market trends. - Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize performance. - Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of online sales strategies. - Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
