· Hands-on experience with ORM
· Monitoring of all online brands chatter/mentions online
· Sharing daily and weekly reports on the Positive/ Negative/ neutral mentions
· Responding to comments /Queries on social media
· Responding to Q&A and reviews on Ecomm so should know how to draft the response.
· Social channels- Facebook/Instagram/Youtube/Twitter/Quora Etc.
