Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Online Order Support VA to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and courteously.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of products and services.
Identify and escalate potential issues to senior management.

Job Requirements
