Proactively manage client communications and set clear expectations, ensuring a self-driven approach.
Coordinate with one or more external client points of contact (POCs), prioritizing and addressing campaign requests promptly.
Work closely with sales teams to verify campaign setups align with expectations and resolve any media operations inquiries.
Serve as the primary operations point of contact (both process and product) for internal teams and external clients.
Traffic all types of campaigns—ensuring accurate execution, and performing quality checks.
Maintain and update weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for internal management and clients.
Create and analyze performance reports to monitor campaign effectiveness and confirm contract compliance.
Troubleshoot and resolve any campaign-related issues for both internal and external stakeholders.
